1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GetVisaPic, a service operated by Banana Event Technology Pte. Ltd. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing and using GetVisaPic, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

GetVisaPic is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides government-compliant passport and visa photo generation (e.g. ICA and MOM compliant for Singapore). You upload a photo, we process it and deliver a compliant image for download. The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

3. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use GetVisaPic for personal use to obtain compliant photos. Under this license you may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the service or output without our prior written consent
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used by GetVisaPic
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the service

4. User Content (Photos)

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process, transform, and generate output images solely for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use the photos (e.g. your own likeness or with consent). Do not upload content that infringes others' rights or is illegal, defamatory, or objectionable.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

  • To collect or harvest personal information from others without consent
  • To interfere with or disrupt the service or connected systems
  • To transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
  • To harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate
  • To violate any applicable regulations or laws

6. Payment and Refunds

If you purchase a photo set, you agree to pay the fees shown at the time of purchase. Payment may be made via supported methods (e.g. PayNow, card). We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are subject to our refund policy (e.g. 100% ICA approval guarantee or full refund as stated on the site).

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. We may delete data associated with your use in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations and warranties. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Compliance of output with specific authority requirements (e.g. ICA, MOM) is based on current guidelines; we do not guarantee acceptance by any authority in every case.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Banana Event Technology Pte. Ltd., and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Banana Event Technology Pte. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
