• Photo uploads: Images you upload for processing. These are used only to generate your compliant passport or visa photo and are not stored after processing (see Data Retention below).

• Payment data: When you pay for a photo set, payment is processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe / PayNow). We do not store your full card details.
• Contact data: If you contact us, we may keep your name, email, and message for support and follow-up.

• Process your photo and deliver your compliant image
• Process payments and send related confirmations

4. Data Retention & Photo Deletion

Your uploaded photos and the generated passport/visa photos are processed in a stateless manner. We do not retain your images on our servers after the processing is complete. Processed images are delivered to you for download and are permanently deleted from our systems immediately after generation. Any temporary data used during processing is not retained. This approach supports both your privacy and compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

5. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Image processing is performed in a secure environment. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

6. Your Rights (PDPA)
